Are zoo or aquarium visits worth it for infants?
While it is tempting to take infants to stimulating environments like zoos or aquariums, most babies under one year old are not yet interested in the exhibits themselves. Many babies are more fascinated by their own fingers, shadows, or simple surroundings than by animals or fish. If you do choose to go, keep expectations low—your baby may find the atmosphere entertaining, or they may simply be happy observing the environment from your arms or a stroller.
