FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

Can I give coconut milk to my baby?

Coconut milk is a great dairy alternative, but it is primarily intended for cooking rather than direct consumption as a main milk source. You can use it as an ingredient in porridges, kheer, or other baby meals to add healthy fats and flavor. Once a carton is opened, it should be refrigerated and typically consumed within 3 days. Always taste the milk before adding it to your baby's food to ensure it hasn't turned sour.
