How can I deal with neck, shoulder, and joint stiffness postpartum?

Postpartum stiffness, especially in the neck and shoulders, is often caused by repetitive postures during feeding and carrying. Gentle relief can be found through exercises like chin tucks, ear-to-shoulder stretches, shoulder rolls, and wall stretches. Using a foam roller for thoracic extension can also help open up the chest and correct forward-shoulder posture. If you experience clicking joints, this is often normal, but if accompanied by pain, seek a consultation with a sports physiotherapist to rule out diastasis recti or other musculoskeletal issues.
