How can I handle a nanny whose jewelry or accessories are noisy?

If a nanny's jewelry, such as bangles or anklets, creates noise that disrupts your baby’s sleep, it is perfectly acceptable to address it politely. Many parents find success by explaining the issue and asking the nanny to remove or swap items—like switching to plastic bangles or removing ghungroos—during work hours or specifically during massage time. Most caregivers are understanding once they realize it impacts the baby's rest.
