How can I manage dining out with a toddler who has outgrown their high chair?

As toddlers grow, they often resist traditional high chairs in favor of more independence. When eating out, you can try using a thick cushion to help them reach the table, or simply have them sit on your lap for better height and control. At home, some parents find success with child-sized furniture or booster chairs that mimic adult seating to foster their desire for autonomy while keeping mealtimes focused and clean.
