Exposure to multiple languages is excellent for cognitive development, and children are remarkably capable of picking them up organically. You don't need a rigid schedule; simply let each family member or caregiver speak to the child in their preferred language. As long as the baby is consistently exposed to the languages, they will learn to understand and eventually respond in them, even if they initially speak a bit slower as they process the different systems.
