How do I handle a clingy, sick toddler who refuses to sleep alone?

It is very normal for toddlers to become extra clingy and refuse to sleep in their own crib when they are unwell. During this time, prioritize comfort and rest over maintaining your usual sleep routine; it is perfectly acceptable to sleep in the same room or bed with them until they are feeling better. Once their health improves, you can gradually return to your normal sleep arrangements as they regain their sense of security.
