FAQ Sleep 3-6 months

How do I handle my baby's sleep regression or transition difficulties?

Sleep disruptions are very common during growth spurts, teething, or when there is a change in the baby's environment. If your baby is struggling after moving to a new space, try to keep their sleep routines as consistent as possible, use familiar sleep aids (like their own crib or blanket), and offer extra comfort as they adjust to the new surroundings.
