How do I include dry fruits in my toddler's diet?

Dry fruits are excellent for nutrition; you can dry-roast them along with makhana and grind them into a fine powder to sprinkle over porridge, khichdi, or yogurt. Another great method is to make homemade nut butters from almonds, cashews, or peanuts to spread on toast or pancakes. For younger toddlers, ensure the nuts are ground very finely to avoid any choking risks.
