FAQ Sleep 6-12 months

Is it normal for a 10-month-old to transition to one nap?

Yes, sleep patterns often shift during infancy. If your baby suddenly starts refusing their morning nap or shows an irregular schedule for a few days, they may be preparing for a nap transition. However, keep in mind that teething or developmental leaps can also cause temporary sleep disruptions. Maintain a consistent routine and watch for your baby's unique sleep cues; it may be a brief phase rather than a permanent change.
