FAQ Sleep 6-12 months

Is constant night feeding normal at 6 months?

Frequent night waking and a sudden increased demand for night feeds at 6 months is often linked to developmental leaps, growth spurts, or the physical milestones like rolling over that occur at this age. While it can be exhausting, this behavior is often temporary. Ensure your baby is getting enough calories during the day and try to keep nighttime interactions low-stimulation to help distinguish between comfort-nursing and actual hunger.
