FAQ Sleep 0-3 months

Is it normal for my 8-week-old to start catnapping overnight?

It is quite common for sleep patterns to shift around the 8-week mark as a baby’s circadian rhythm begins to mature. While it can be exhausting when a previously sleepy baby starts taking shorter naps or waking more frequently, this is often a normal developmental phase. Staying consistent with your sleep routine and ensuring a calm, dark environment can help support their transition as their sleep cycles adjust.
