FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

Is it okay to start feeding my baby curd (yogurt) at 7 months?

Yes, many parents introduce homemade curd or high-quality store-bought varieties around 7 months. It is an excellent, protein-rich food, especially during the summer. If you are concerned about digestion, start with a small quantity mixed into other foods like rice or mashed vegetables. If your baby shows no signs of digestive discomfort, you can gradually increase the portion size according to their appetite.
