Managing curly hair postpartum

Postpartum hair changes, including frizz and baby hairs, are common and can make managing curls feel challenging. To maintain your curls without heat or harsh treatments, consider using a high-quality silk or satin pineapple cap at night to protect the texture. For day-to-day styling, a light water mist refresh or a small amount of aloe or flax gel can help tame frizz. Using claw clips instead of tight elastic bands can also prevent breakage and hide stubborn flyaways.
