Managing eye squinting in toddlers

It is not uncommon for toddlers to occasionally cross their eyes or squint for a few seconds, especially when they are tired or focusing intensely on something. However, if you notice this happening frequently, it is always best to mention it to your pediatrician to rule out any underlying vision issues. They can determine if it is a normal developmental quirk or if a referral to a pediatric ophthalmologist is necessary.
