Managing frequent vomiting in a 6-month-old

If your baby experiences a one-time episode of heavy vomiting, try to soothe them, wait a while before feeding again, and ensure they are burped thoroughly. If the vomiting is frequent or persistent, it is important to consult your pediatrician to rule out issues with new formula or other underlying concerns. Avoid medicating unless explicitly directed by your doctor, and watch for signs of discomfort or distress.
