Managing unexplained nighttime itching in toddlers

It is common for toddlers to experience nighttime itching even when their skin appears hydrated. Consider consulting your pediatrician about deworming, as persistent itching can sometimes be linked to pinworms. Additionally, teething often causes referred itching in the ears and head, which can disrupt sleep. Using a humidifier can prevent air from becoming too dry, and applying gentle, soothing lotions or calamine-based creams before bedtime may provide relief.
