Serving roasted makhana safely

Roasted makhana is a fantastic snack, but it must be prepared carefully to prevent choking. Always break or quarter the makhana before serving to your little one. It is a good practice to keep them crunchy; if they become soggy, they can be re-crisped in the microwave for 30 seconds. Always supervise your baby while they are eating.
