Managing leg swelling after a C-section

It is very common for mothers to experience leg swelling after a C-section due to natural fluid redistribution in the body. To manage this, try keeping your legs in an elevated position while sitting or sleeping to help with drainage. Some mothers also find relief through gentle foot massages, wearing compression socks, or performing simple physiotherapy exercises like heel rotations and ankle movements. If the swelling is severe or persistent, always consult your gynecologist to ensure your blood pressure remains stable.
