How to keep baby food interesting in summer?

Summer heat can often lead to a decrease in appetite. Focus on cooler, hydrating foods like curd (yogurt), which is a huge hit for many babies and can be mixed with ragi, bajra, or jowar. Fermented rice water mixed with buttermilk or adding cucumber and fresh fruits can also be very refreshing. If the baby is showing a preference for savory flavors, try adding a gentle tadka (tempering) or a dash of lime to their usual porridge to make it more appealing.
