What can I do about my baby's frequent spit-ups and reflux?

Spitting up curdled milk is common in young infants, but if your baby seems uncomfortable or coughs frequently, they may have mild reflux. Try burping your baby midway through feeds and holding them upright for 15–20 minutes afterward; avoid aggressive rocking or handling during this time. Keeping the baby's head elevated above their heart while sleeping (on an incline) can also provide significant relief.
