What can I do to help my toddler during a blood test?

Blood tests are challenging, but keep the process as quick as possible by having treats or a favorite screen activity ready the moment it is finished. Despite your best efforts, the child will likely cry, so focus on providing physical comfort and distraction. Keep the process simple and reassure them that it will only last a few minutes.
