FAQ FeedingTravel 6-12 months

What should I feed a 7-month-old during travel?

For stress-free travel, focus on portable staples and base powders. You can carry sprouted ragi flour, roasted and powdered poha with channa dal, or popped amaranth flour, which require only the addition of hot water. Pack nutrient-dense snacks like nuts or seed powders (makhana, almond, pumpkin seeds) that can be mixed into yogurt, fruit, or oats. If you have access to a small travel cooker, it allows you to prepare fresh khichdi or porridge, giving you more variety in flavor without relying solely on pre-packaged meals.
