When do toddlers drop from 2 naps to 1?
Most toddlers transition between 13-18 months. Signs include fighting the morning nap, taking longer to fall asleep, or disrupted night sleep. When transitioning, gradually push the single nap later (around 12:30-1pm) and adjust bedtime earlier temporarily.
