When is the right time to start using a high chair for solids?

It is recommended to wait until your baby can sit upright independently before using a traditional high chair for meals. Many parents suggest holding off on purchasing one until your baby is ready, instead using a stroller in an upright position or a bouncer temporarily. Always prioritize safety by keeping the chair in a 90-degree upright position during feeding, avoiding recline settings which are not ideal for food intake.
