Sleeping through travel - how do you manage?

Going to Spain for 2 weeks with 10mo. Worried about jet lag, new sleep environment, schedule wreckage. Tips?

Travel cot at home for 2 weeks before so it's familiar. Took ours from a sleep disaster to no issue.
Slumberpod - black out tent that goes over travel cot. Genuinely worth £150 if you travel a lot.
Familiar sleep sack and white noise machine - smells and sounds of home.
Don't fight the local time zone. First day rough, by day 3 they're adjusted.
Accept first 2 nights will be rough then move on. Don't pre-stress.
