Sleep deprivation tips that actually work

I can't change the fact that baby wakes 4-5x a night. How do I cope better? Beyond 'sleep when baby sleeps' (which I can't).

10-minute power nap during baby's morning nap, even if it's just lying down with eyes closed.

Caffeine cut off at 10am hard. Sleep quality matters more than length when sleep is limited.

Magnesium glycinate before bed - better quality of the sleep you DO get.

Tag team weekends - alternate who gets a 6hr sleep block.

Earplugs for one partner per night, even with a monitor. The micro-wakings are worse than no sleep.
