Supply suddenly tanked - period? stress? what worked for you?

Baby is 5 months and yesterday I noticed pumping output halved. Period due any day. Did anything specific help? Already doing oats, hydration, power pumping.

Period for sure - mine drops ~30% for the 4 days around it. Calcium/magnesium supplement is supposed to help, jury's out.

Sunflower lecithin saved me. £10 on Amazon, no joke.

Make sure pump parts aren't worn - membranes/valves should be replaced every 2-3 months.

Try a hot shower before pumping. Sounds silly but the let-down is much better.

It came back for me after AF passed. Hold the line!
