Outgrowing CMPA - your experience and when?
Mine is 18mo. CMPA since 3mo. Have been told most outgrow by 3. Any experiences? When did you reintroduce?

70% outgrow by 3, 90% by 5. Hopeful odds.

Milk ladder at 18mo through dietician. Baked milk first. Outgrew fully by 3.

Allergy clinic does formal reintroduction - safer than DIY. Ask GP for referral.

Mine outgrew at 2. We did baked milk, then yogurt, then milk over 6 months.

iMAP milk ladder is the standard - look it up. Important to do steps in order.
