CMPA diagnosis - how to navigate dairy elimination?

GP diagnosed CMPA in our 3mo (silent reflux, blood in stool). I'm BF. Told to cut all dairy. So overwhelming. Where do I even start?

Start with obvious dairy then learn about hidden sources. Whey, casein, lactose, ghee. Read EVERY label.

Allergy UK has a great CMPA factsheet. Print it and stick on the fridge.

If breastfeeding, calcium supplement is important. 1000mg/day.

Took 2-3 weeks for baby to settle after I cut dairy. Hold the line.

Soya next on the list to cut if dairy isn't enough - 30-50% of CMPA babies also react to soya.
