Hidden dairy in food - what surprised you?

Reading labels constantly. So far surprised by: baby snacks with whey, salami, some bread. What other hidden ones?

'May contain milk' - varies by individual reaction. Severe = avoid, milder might be ok.
Margarine - often has buttermilk. Vitalite is one of the few truly dairy-free.
Many medications and toothpaste contain lactose. Pharmacist can advise.
Crisps - especially flavoured. Pringles cheese flavours but also some salt & vinegar.
Restaurants - chips often fried in oil shared with dairy. Always ask.
