Toy rotation - how do you actually do it?

3 boxes. 1 out, 2 packed away. Swap every week. Toys feel new each time.

We do it by category - 1 box constructive, 1 imaginative, 1 fine motor.

Honestly I rotate when they get bored. Not on schedule.

Less is more - we drastically reduced toy count and engagement went UP.
