Late walker - when to actually worry

16 months and not walking. Cruises along furniture, stands unaided briefly. Pediatrician unconcerned. When does it cross into needing PT?

18 months is the typical referral point. Before that, totally normal range.
Crawling + cruising at 16mo is great progression. The walking will come.
Mine walked at 17mo. Now runs faster than I'd like.
Ours got a PT eval at 18mo as precaution - she walked 2 weeks later. So inconclusive haha.
