Newborn congestion - saline only or something more?
3 week old, very snotty, breathing noisy. No fever. Pediatrician said saline drops + bulb syringe. Just feels insufficient. NoseFrida? Vicks Baby Rub?

Elevate the cot mattress slightly with a rolled towel UNDER the mattress (never bedding inside).

Snufflebabe vapour rub for over 3 months. Don't use Vicks on under 2s.

Saline + sucking, repeat. Bath steam before bed. Mostly time.
