Nappy bag essentials - what do you actually use?
Mine weighs a tonne and I never use 80% of it. What's actually essential vs paranoid packing?

Add: small bottle of saline, plasters, paracetamol/ibuprofen for toddler.

3 nappies, wipes, change mat, spare outfit, muslin, snack, water bottle. That's it.
