Pumping schedule for return to work - 9mo baby, 9-5 office
Back in 3 weeks. Baby will be at nursery. Currently BF on demand. What does your pump schedule look like and how do you manage storage at work?

Don't underestimate the politics. Get the lactation room booked in advance.

I do 10am, 1pm, 4pm. Yields about 12oz total which covers her day at nursery. Spectra S1 in a lactation room.

By 9mo many babies drop to 2-3 nursing sessions a day - morning, after work, bedtime. You might not need to pump at all if supply is established.

Hands-free pumping bra is essential. I worked through pumps for 6 months.

Look into Elvie or Willow if discretion matters - you can pump in meetings.
