Reflux baby - any feeding positions that helped?
8 week old screams during and after feeds. GP says silent reflux. We've tried Gaviscon, elevated cot, paced feeding. Any positioning tricks that work?

Koala hold - baby sitting upright on your thigh. Game changer for us.

It really does pass. Mine was hellish until 4 months then almost overnight better.

Keep upright for 30 min after feeding. We watched a lot of TV.

Smaller more frequent feeds. Big feeds were a disaster for our refluxer.

Have you been referred to paeds? Ours needed omeprazole - Gaviscon wasn't cutting it.
