Combine iron rich foods with vitamin C

For postpartum iron deficiency, beetroot works wonders. Grate it into curd with tadka for a tasty raita. Also include halim seeds, til, ragi, jaggery, and moringa. Pair iron-rich foods with vitamin C and avoid dairy at the same time.
