Feed babies in elevated positions to reduce gas

For babies struggling with gas or colic, feeding in an elevated position—or placing a wedge under their side of the feeding pillow—can help milk travel downward more effectively. This reduces the amount of air trapped in the stomach compared to feeding in a flat, lying position.
