Perform chin tucks to relieve postpartum neck pain

For postpartum neck and shoulder pain caused by feeding posture, try chin tucks: pull your chin straight back as if making a double chin, hold for 5 seconds, and repeat 10 times. Additionally, use corner wall stretches by placing forearms on a door frame at shoulder height and leaning forward to open the chest.
