Prioritize hydration when toddlers are feeling sick

When a toddler is unwell and refuses food, do not stress about the nutritional balance. Offer whatever they are willing to eat—such as curd, fruit, or makhanas—and focus primarily on keeping them hydrated with buttermilk or coconut water.
