FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

How can I help my baby accept grain-based solids?

If your baby rejects grains like oats or rice porridge, try mixing them with fruits or vegetables they already enjoy, such as banana or pumpkin. The texture might also be the issue; if the porridge is too thick, try thinning it with breast milk or cooled, boiled water to get a consistency the baby finds more palatable. Remember that every baby develops at their own pace, so keep offering new textures and combinations calmly without adding pressure to the mealtime experience.
