How can I increase my breast milk supply while exclusively breastfeeding or pumping?

To boost supply, prioritize frequent nursing on demand and ensure a proper, comfortable latch. Stay well-hydrated, aim for a balanced, protein-rich diet, and incorporate galactagogues like oats, garlic, and green leafy vegetables (dill, spinach, methi). Skin-to-skin contact is a powerful tool to increase supply, and you can also try drinking jeera (cumin) and ajwain (carom seed) water throughout the day. If you are pumping, ensure your equipment—especially valves and backflow protectors—are replaced monthly to maintain consistent suction.
