FAQ FeedingTravel 6-12 months

How can I manage work travel while breastfeeding a 12-month-old?

Traveling for work when your little one is used to breastfeeding can be a big transition, but it is entirely manageable with the right prep. If you choose to go alone, ensure your baby is comfortable with a bottle or straw cup using either expressed milk or cow's milk, which is often introduced around this age. If the separation feels too difficult, bringing your baby and a caregiver along is a viable option to maintain their routine. Ultimately, focus on what creates the least stress for you and your baby, keeping in mind that their milk intake may fluctuate during your absence.
