How do I maintain my breast milk supply while traveling?

Breast milk supply relies on demand, so try to feed or pump as close to your baby's regular schedule as possible. If you are pumping, stay hydrated, maintain a consistent schedule even while on the go, and consider power-pumping once in the evening if you notice a temporary dip. Remember that short-term fluctuations in supply are often caused by the stress or fatigue of travel and will typically resolve once you return to your routine.
