FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

How can I safely introduce fish to my baby?

Fish can be introduced around 7-8 months. Choose low-mercury fish varieties with few bones. You can steam the fish and flake it, or fry a small piece using a healthy fat like turmeric and coconut oil before mixing it into a staple meal like khichdi. As with any new allergen, start with small amounts to monitor for any reactions and ensure the fish is completely deboned before serving.
