How do I handle frozen breast milk storage and usage?

Once frozen breast milk is thawed, it should be kept in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours. You can thaw it by placing it in the refrigerator overnight or by running it under cool water. Once you have warmed a portion for a feeding, it must be consumed within two hours; any leftover milk from that specific session should be discarded.
