What is the correct protocol for storing and using frozen breast milk?

Follow the 'First-In, First-Out' (FIFO) rule: always use your oldest frozen milk first to ensure it doesn't expire. Keep your daily pumped milk in the fridge for immediate use and build your freezer stash with the excess. When traveling, use insulated cooler bags with ice packs, and if you are at a hotel, ask them to store your ice packs or frozen milk in their deep freezer until your departure to maintain the temperature.
