FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

How do I safely introduce cheese to my baby?

Cheese can be introduced as early as 6 months. Choose low-sodium, pasteurized options like paneer, mozzarella, or ricotta, as they are soft and easy to chew. You can add grated cheddar or mild cheeses to savory pancakes or dosa. Always ensure the cheese is soft enough to be easily swallowed. As your baby develops chewing skills, you can graduate to firmer cheese, but continue to supervise them to manage any choking risks.
