How can I introduce dairy to my baby?

Once your baby has been cleared for dairy (and assuming no CMPA), you can begin by incorporating small amounts of curd or milk into batters for cooking. When ready to introduce cheese, opt for low-sodium, fresh varieties like mozzarella, ricotta, or homemade paneer, rather than processed slices. For yogurt, homemade varieties made with milk or even nut-based alternatives like almond milk are often preferred over store-bought versions to avoid added sugars.
